On Sunday, a transformer was installed at the Power House substation in the district center. Speaking on the occasion, he said that 12.5 power transformers have been installed at a cost of Rs. 1.50 crore so that in case of disruption in one substation, electricity can be supplied from another substation. With this, there will be uninterrupted power supply in Gajulpeta, Barkatpura, Sai Nagar, Sitaram Nagar Colony, Anand Nagar, Shivaji Nagar, Nyalkal Road, Nagaram, Dharmapuri Hills, Malapalli, Bodhan Road, Killa Road, Shambhuni Gudi, Head Post Office, Indirapur, Renuka Nagar and other colonies.
