Armoor, February 04 (Gatla News): Congress candidates alleged that Armoor constituency’s Congress party in-charge, Vinay Reddy, sold the “B” forms for the Armoor municipality elections. They questioned how he could give the B-forms to migrants who recently joined the Congress party from other parties, instead of to the Congress workers who have been loyal to the party for many years, participating in its struggles and working for its progress. Candidates Vijay Agarwal, Poola Narsaiah, Vanam Shekhar, and Talari Rajalakshmi alleged that the party gave tickets to undeserving candidates by deceiving them in the name of a survey, instead of to those who work tirelessly in their respective wards. Speaking on this occasion, they said that injustice has been done to those who have been working among the people in the Congress party for the past two years. They stated that Congress in-charge Vinay Reddy handed over the tickets to those who do not have a permanent residence and to real estate businessmen. They said that the B-forms were given to newcomers instead of to those who have been in the party. They announced that they would contest as independent candidates and requested the ward residents to place their trust in them. They appealed to the people of the wards to stand by them, as they work tirelessly for their welfare. They primarily alleged that the B-forms were sold, even though their names were included in the survey.
