Yergatla Mandal, stated on June 8 (Gatla News): that he remains committed to being accessible to the public and taking the lead in resolving their issues. During the ‘Prajavani’ program held on Monday at the Nizamabad District Collectorate, he submitted a representation to District Collector Ila Tripathi and other officials. His requests included the appointment of an electricity lineman for Battapur village; the establishment of a procurement center via the Ergatla Society to ensure permanent grain procurement for local farmers every season; the sanctioning of funds for necessary village development works; and the approval of new pensions for single women, widows, the elderly, persons with disabilities, beedi workers, and toddy tappers across eight villages in Ergatla Mandal, including Battapur. Additionally, he requested the issuance of ration cards to applicants from all villages in the mandal who were awaiting new cards, name additions, or modifications. He also urged the Collector to sanction ‘Antyodaya’ scheme cards which provide 35 kg of rice to eligible elderly persons, widows, single women, and the poor.
