Armoor, November 27 (Gatla News): Armoor Municipal Commissioner Raju was caught by ACB while taking bribe. Another corrupt officer, Armoor Municipal Commissioner A Raju, was caught red-handed by ACB officials while taking bribe. Municipal Commissioner Raju demanded a bribe of Rs. 20 thousand to allocate a number to a house built in Perkit within Armoor town limits. Following this, the victim complained to ACB officials. To this extent, on Thursday, the Municipal Commissioner was caught by ACB officials while taking bribe through his driver Bhumesh. ACB DSP Shekhar Goud and his staff checked the driver’s bag and found Rs. 4.30 lakh in cash that was not shown in the accounts. The money was seized and the commissioner and the driver were arrested.
