Armour June 29 (Gatla News); Owner Gattu Srinivas said that he has taken all the permissions and set up a venture in the name of Indraprastha on a 3-acre plot with 28 holes in survey numbers 294/1/Aa, 294/2/Aa, 294/3/Aa, in the suburbs of Perkit in the Armour Municipal Town Center of Nizamabad district. Speaking to the media on Sunday, he denied that he could not deceive anyone and that he was unnecessarily creating false and untrue stories about his venture. He said that he had set up about 60 plots in Indraprastha Venture and all the plots were sold without any problems. He said that he would sell three plots to his friend and classmate, Macka Naveen, at a low price without expecting any profits, and another friend came as an intermediary. He said that he had told them many times that he should pay half the money and pay the remaining rupees on the day of registration. However, he was angry that they were delaying the registration without paying the remaining rupees and creating unfounded lies and misinformation about his venture. He said that in the year 2021, 333 yards were purchased from him at the rate of Rs. 4500 per yard. In return, he said that he had been paid Rs. 7 lakh 65 thousand and they were asked to pay the remaining rupees and register the said plots. In fact, he questioned how he could do the registration without paying the money. He complained that he was also paying the landowners with interest. He said that it was not right for him to come to them and register the land and give it to them after not paying the remaining amount for almost four years, and then to accuse them of apathy. He expressed his concern that some people had come to him and threatened him, saying that if he did not return the money, he would face the consequences. He warned that he would take legal action against those who were making baseless allegations against him regarding his venture.
