Kamareddy, June 16 (Gatla News): Chief Secretary Shantikumari on Saturday issued an order appointing Ashish Sangwan of 2016 batch as the new collector of Kamareddy district. Jitesh V Patil, who is working here, has been transferred as District Collector of Bhadradri Kothagudem. Sangwan, who is currently working as District Collector of Nirmal, is from Bhiwani in Haryana state. After completing his master’s degree in computer science from Georgia Tech University in America, he secured 12th rank in the civil services examination held in 2015. Sangwan, who has been working as Nirmal Collector since October 2023, has been appointed as Kamareddy District Collector. His wife is also an IAS of 2016 batch. Officer Kranti Vallur. He is currently working as Sangareddy District Collector.
