Nizamabad, June 14 (Gatla News): Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanuman directed the concerned officials to resolve the pending Dharani applications promptly. Chief Commissioner of State Land Administration Department Naveen Mittal on Friday conducted a review with the District Collectors, Additional Collectors and Revenue Officers on the pending Dharani applications, actions taken on the applications submitted by the applicants on land-related issues in Prajavani through video conference. After the end of the V.C, Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu met with Revenue Divisional Officers and Tehsildars and gave key instructions. In Dharani, the applications filed under various modules were directed to be examined immediately and dealt with on a war footing basis. A clear deadline has been set for those applications which have already been field-level examined to be resolved within three to four days, and without any pending application, all should be resolved within a week. The collector has directed the concerned RDO and Tehsildar to take immediate steps to resolve the issue of Dharani applications in Bodhan Tehsil office. The pending applications in the logins of RDO and Tehsildar should be scrutinized and cleared. It is advised to give utmost priority to the resolution of applications without any excuse for laziness.Similarly, the Collector ordered that the applications related to the district should be resolved immediately in the Prajavani program organized by the government at the state level for quick resolution of public issues. Apart from informing the applicant about the actions taken on the applications, the details should be uploaded online from time to time, he said. Hitavu said that by promptly responding to the applications and solving the problems, the people should have more confidence in the Prajavani programme. The Collector directed to submit reports to him on a daily basis regarding the steps being taken to resolve the pending applications of Prajavani. Additional Collector Kiran Kumar, RDOs Rajendra Kumar, Rajagoud, Rajeshwar, Collectorate AO Prashanth and Tehsildars of respective mandals participated in the video conference.
