Hyderabad, February 23 (Gatla News): About 4,50,000 Munnur Kapu voters from Nizamabad district have moved to the state capital Hyderabad to submit a petition to senior Congress leaders, former mayor and District Munnur Kapu Sangha President Dharmapuri Sanjay. In the absence of PCC President Mahesh Kumar Goud, they submitted a petition to Gandhi Bhavan In-charge and PCC Vice President Kumar Rao. Speaking on this occasion, they said that all the Munnur Kapu brothers of Nizamabad district will stand by the Congress party. He said that for the last 12 years, the Munnur Kapus have not had proper political representation in Nizamabad district, and that the Congress Party is a party of the weaker sections, and now there is a people’s government under the auspices of the Congress Party. All the Munnur Kapu brothers and sisters, irrespective of party affiliation, are united in appealing to you. He requested the Congress Party government to give some honorable post to the District President Dharmapuri Sanjay and pave the way for the progress of the Munnur Kapus. He said that Sanjay had previously worked as the Mayor of Nizamabad. He said that he had worked actively in the recent municipal elections and played a key role in winning the mayor’s seat. The Munnur Kapus of Nizamabad district unanimously requested that the Congress Party should never forget the representation given to the Munnur Kapus in the past, and that Sanjay should be given due recognition and a post at the state level.
