Nizamabad, January 22 (Gatla News): Collector Ila Tripathi instructed officials to expedite the land acquisition process required for the construction and expansion of national highways. On Thursday, she conducted a review meeting on the land acquisition issue in her chamber. She discussed the pending issues related to land acquisition for national highway projects. She inquired about details such as the compensation to be provided to those who lost their lands, compensation payments already completed, market rates, and the reasons for delays in handing over the land where applicable.She instructed officials to focus special attention on land acquisition for national highway construction and expansion works. She ordered them to quickly resolve the problems in land acquisition and hand over the lands to the National Highways Authority. She advised all departmental officials to work in coordination. She reviewed the progress of works on the Armoor-Mancherial and Madnoor-Rudrur-Bodhan routes. Bodhan and Armoor Sub-Collectors Vikas Mahato and Abhigyan Malviya, Nizamabad RDO Rajendra Kumar, Collectorate D-Section Supervisor Srinivas, National Highways Authority officials, and engineering department officials participated in the meeting.
