Morthad, April 14 (Gatla News): On the occasion of the 134th birth anniversary of the architect of the Indian Constitution and Bharat Ratna Dr. BR Ambedkar, EO Saifuddin Ambedkar garlanded the portrait and paid grand tributes at the Mortad Village Secretariat.
