Hyderabad, November 29 (Gatla News): The Telangana High Court has made key comments on the conduct of Panchayat elections. The court has made it clear that the elections cannot be stayed at this stage. Do you want the elections to be canceled because there is no sub-category reservation? The High Court asked the petitioner. A hearing was held in the High Court on Panchayat Election Reservation G.O.-46.The High Court reminded the court that it had said that the elections should be held in the old manner during the 42 percent reservation hearing. The petitioner’s lawyer told the court that the GHMC elections were canceled in 2009 when a similar situation arose. The EC lawyer said that there should be no interference by the courts after the election notification. However, the court once again clarified that it cannot interfere in any way at this stage.
