Armoor, January 29 (Gatla News): PCC official spokesperson AB Srinivas said that politics should have values and dignity. He held a press conference in the town center on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that while politics should be conducted with values and dignity, former MLA Jeevan Reddy is speaking in a deranged and degrading manner. He warned that if Jeevan Reddy speaks disrespectfully towards Sudarshan Reddy again, they will tear out his tongue, adding that Jeevan Reddy is not even fit to be compared to Sudarshan Reddy’s toenail. He challenged the former MLA, stating that if he can prove that he (Srinivas) has threatened anyone, he will retire from politics. He urged the media to directly go to the person Jeevan Reddy mentioned and verify the truth. He alleged that the culture of threatening belongs to Jeevan Reddy, citing how he threatened people in the past and how he appointed his brother as in-charge to collect money. He challenged Jeevan Reddy to state what he will do if BRS gets a double-digit number of seats in the municipal elections, adding that he himself will take political sanyas (renounce politics) if that happens. He criticized Jeevan Reddy for lowering the dignity of his position by putting up flex banners for rowdy sheeters. He said that Jeevan Reddy is unable to tolerate the growing support for Congress among the people and the fact that the Congress flag will fly in the municipality, which is why he is making such nonsensical statements. He said that the people are satisfied with Revanth Reddy’s administration. He called upon everyone to unite and hoist the Congress flag. Several leaders participated in this program.
