Provide improved services through Anganwadi centers

Nizamabad, January 09 (Gatla News): State Government Advisor Sudarshan Reddy and Collector Ila Tripathi instructed that improved services should be provided to children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers through Anganwadi centers. Through the initiative of MLA Sudarshan Reddy, Dikshit Gas Agency provided free gas stoves to 113 Anganwadi centers in the Bodhan division. Similarly, local leader Sharath provided plastic containers suitable for storing rice and other provisions in the Anganwadi centers. Government Advisor Sudarshan Reddy and Collector Ila Tripathi participated in a program organized at the Lions Bhavan in Bodhan town on Friday and distributed these items to the Anganwadi center administrators.
On this occasion, Government Advisor Sudarshan Reddy said that these facilities would also be provided to the remaining Anganwadi centers in the division. He reminded that the government is giving immense priority to the upliftment of women. He advised the Anganwadi teachers and staff to work efficiently in line with the government’s objectives. He said that the facilities are being provided as requested, and they should be utilized effectively, and a clear change should be visible in the performance of the Anganwadi centers.
Collector Ila Tripathi said that the government is giving high priority to the welfare of women, and as part of this, it has upgraded the mini Anganwadi centers. He stated that such large-scale programs for women are not being implemented anywhere else. Keeping this in mind, he advised Anganwadi workers to recognize their rights and responsibilities and work with dedication. He urged them to strive for the protection of the health of children, pregnant women, and lactating mothers, and to ensure that they receive quality nutritious food. Present at the event were State Urdu Academy Chairman Taher Bin Handan, State Agriculture Commission Chairman Gadugu Gangadhar, Bodhan Sub-Collector Vikas Mahato, Municipal Commissioner Jadhav Krishna, Bodhan Tahsildar Vittal, former Nizamabad Market Committee Chairman Nagesh Reddy, Bodhan CDPO D. Padma, and others.
