Mortad, January 21 (Gatla News): RDO Raja Goud participated in the Prajapalana Grama Sabha held in Timmapur, Palem and Dharmora villages of Mortad mandal on Tuesday. He explained to the villagers about the Rythu Bharosa, Indiramma Houses, Food Security (Ration) Cards and Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa schemes that the government will implement ambitiously from 26th of this month. The RDO reminded that field inspections have been conducted to identify the eligible persons under these schemes. He said that especially the lands suitable for cultivation have been identified. He said that the government will provide investment assistance of Rs. 12 thousand per acre to every farmer cultivating crops under the Rythu Bharosa scheme. Similarly, he said that Rs. 12 thousand will be provided annually in two installments under the Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa scheme to agricultural laborer families who do not have cultivable land.

He said that families who have not had any cultivated land and worked for at least 20 days in the financial year 2023-24 have been identified as eligible. He said that a comprehensive examination of the applications received for new ration cards has been conducted and the eligible persons have been identified in accordance with the government guidelines. To this extent, the details of those identified as eligible under various schemes were read out in the presence of everyone in the Gram Sabha. The Gram Sabha approved these without any objections. Later, the Tahsildar said that applications were received from those who have not applied under the respective schemes so far, as well as from those whose names are not in the list of eligible beneficiaries. On this occasion, the Tahsildar suggested that those who are eligible can apply at any time for schemes such as issuance of ration cards, Indiramma Atmiya Bharosa and others. He said that they will be examined comprehensively and everyone who is eligible will be provided with benefits through welfare schemes.Applications can be submitted at the village councils, and those who are unable to do so can go to the public administration service centers in the mandal offices any time after the 26th of this month and submit applications by submitting the relevant documents. RDO Raja Goud, Mandal Special Officer Srinivas, Tehsildar Satyanarayana, MPDO Tirumala, MPO Sridhar, DT Sujatha, APO, AEO, Panchayat Secretary, and villagers participated in this program.
