Former MLA Jeevan Reddy of Nizamabad District Armor has issued a warning to RTC officials to the shopping complex. According to RTC officials, the rent of the shopping complex built by Vishwajit Infrastructure Pvt Ltd on lease at the RTC site is Rs 3 crore 14 lakh. The RTC officials revealed that they have given notices to the concerned owners about the rent arrears and are not responding. RTC officials made a mic announcement that RTC will take possession of the shopping complex if the rent arrears are not paid as per the orders of the High Court. On this occasion, the RTC officials explained that warnings have been issued to the shopkeepers staying on rent in the complex. RTC officials said that if the rent arrears are not paid by Thursday evening, they will take possession of the complex. He said that in the past too, due to rent arrears of 7 crores, notices were issued and some recovery was made, and the rest of the money was due as per the orders of the High Court, so we are waiting till now. Officials said that due to non-payment of overdue dues, notices have been issued again and warnings have been issued.
