Siddipet, (Gatla News): Siddipet district was formed on October 11, 2016, from the former Medak district, including some territories and areas of Karimnagar and Warangal districts. National level children’s literature and literary volume competitions were organized under the auspices of Srivani Sahitya Parishad in Siddipet. Famous poet Kankanala Rajeshwar said at a media conference on Sunday about the selection of famous poet Togarla Suresh from Kotagalli area of Nizamabad district headquarters for the 10th annual Pendota Literary Award for the year 2025. He expressed happiness over the selection of Togarla Suresh. Speaking to the media on this occasion, Kankanala Rajeshwar said that Togarla Suresh is currently working as an Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) at the Rakshak Bata Nilayam in Mupkal Mandal Center. He is a writer by profession. He has also written many works related to children’s literature. Kankanala Rajeshwar explained that Pendota Venkateswarlu, the president of the Pendota Bala Sahitya Peetham of Siddipet, has also sent a letter to Togarla Suresh saying that he has selected him for the long poem “Vennello Ma Palle” for children’s literature. He said that in the future, Togarla Suresh should show special attention and talent in many other good literary works. Kankanala Rajeshwar congratulated Togarla Suresh on this auspicious occasion.
