Mortad SI Vikram warned that legal action will be taken if anyone creates chaos by shouting. He said that a special drink and drive test will be conducted across the mandal on the night of 31, strict action will be taken against those caught and cases will be registered, and the celebrations should be celebrated without any untoward incidents.
