Nizamabad, October 25 (Gatla News): In honor of the Police Martyrs’ Commemoration Day on 21 October 2025 (Police Flag Day), a “Cycle / Bike Rally” program was organized in Nizamabad district under the leadership of Nizamabad Police Commissioner P. Sai Chaitanya on Saturday. This cycle and bike rally was started by the CP at Poolang Crossroads at 9:30 am. It started from Poolang Crossroads and went through Devi Road Crossroads – Court Crossroads – Glamour Hotel Crossroads – Chennai Shopping Mall Crossroads – RTC Bus Stand – Government Hospital – Devi Road Crossroads – Gandhi Chowk Crossroads – Nehru Park Crossroads. Speaking on the occasion, the Police Commissioner said that many police personnel have taken up the cause of internal security. He reminded that they bravely faced Naxalites, religious divisive forces and other challenges and sacrificed their lives to curb crime, suppress drugs and ensure women’s safety. He said that the country is happy today because of their sacrifices. He said that this land has left an indelible mark on the martyrs who lost their lives for the people, especially in Nizamabad Commissionerate. He asked that there should be no room for anti-social activities in the district and that information should be provided to the police immediately whenever any incident takes place. He said that he had visited the police families as part of the Police Martyrs’ Memorial Week celebrations. He praised that our police are one family and that the uniform they wear is a source of pride for everyone and that we are living proudly today because of their sacrifices. He said that we should take an oath with our hearts to serve this country for justice, without ever bowing our heads. Without prejudice. Similarly, a blood donation camp will be organized on the 29th of this month and everyone is expected to participate in it.
