Nizamabad, December 24 (Gatla News): Collector T. Vinay Krishna Reddy conducted a surprise inspection of the KCP Nutrition Rice Mill located on the outskirts of Khanapur, near the district headquarters, on Wednesday. He observed the production process of fortified kernel rice containing nutrients. This fortified rice is mixed with the fine rice distributed to beneficiaries every month through ration shops under the public distribution system. In this context, the Collector meticulously examined whether the fortified rice was being manufactured according to regulations and with complete quality. He observed the manufacturing process and inquired about the details from the mill owner, Kaparthi Shravan. He advised them to take precautions to ensure that the rice contains adequate nutrients, as it is related to the health of the people. Civil Supplies DM Srikanth Reddy accompanied the Collector.
