Nizamabad, June 6 (Gatla News): Nizamabad Police Commissioner Sai Chaitanya attended the ‘Bala Panchayat’ (Children’s Panchayat) program held at Borgaon (P) ZPHS, which falls under the jurisdiction of the city’s 4th Town Police Station, as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, the Police Commissioner emphasized that young people must cultivate leadership qualities from an early age. He noted that acquiring these qualities contributes significantly to their personal growth and development. He explained that the Bala Panchayat serves as a platform—akin to a children’s parliament—where children in a village regularly meet to discuss issues affecting their lives and take collective action to resolve them; through this process, they learn responsibility, cooperation, and leadership. He asked everyone to envision a village where every child feels safe and their voices are heard, stating that such a village is not merely a dream but an achievable reality when children are included in decisions concerning their own lives. Traffic ACP Mastan Ali, Special Branch Inspector Sridhar Reddy, 4th Town SHO Satish Kumar, In-charge Principal Ammaji, Corporator Naresh, DCPO Chaitanya, AHTU CI Sainath, AHTU staff, and students participated in the program.
