Nizamabad, May 20 (Gatla News): Additional Collector Kiran Kumar held a review meeting on Wednesday in his chambers with concerned officials regarding the arrangements for the district-level program scheduled for May 22. This event is being organized as part of the 99-day action plan for “Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika” (People’s Administration – Progress Plan)—an ambitious initiative undertaken by the government. He instructed officials from all departments to work in close coordination to ensure the successful conduct of the district-level ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika’ program, leaving no room for any lapses. He noted that the ‘Praja Palana’ programs had been executed excellently at the village, Mandal, and constituency levels, and urged officials to strive to organize the district-level event with even greater grandeur and enthusiasm, maintaining the same spirit. He directed officials to submit comprehensive reports containing detailed information to facilitate a PowerPoint presentation. This presentation is intended to feature photographs of development activities undertaken as part of the ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika’ initiative, lists of beneficiaries who have availed themselves of various schemes, and details regarding the funds allocated by the government for welfare programs. He emphasized that these reports should comprehensively showcase the district’s development activities, the implementation of government welfare schemes, and the progress achieved thus far. Furthermore, he instructed that stalls be set up to display information regarding the various welfare schemes currently being implemented under the aegis of the respective departments. The Additional Collector advised officials to extend invitations to public representatives and to work in inter-departmental coordination to ensure the resounding success of the program. District Revenue Officer B. Geetha, ZP CEO Sayagoud, CPO Rathan, DPRO N. Padmasri, Collectorate AO Prashanth Kumar, and others participated in this meeting.
